Yes! International free delivery is offered for orders of $100 or more.
Delivery usually takes 2-10 business days, depending on the order's destination.

You do not have to pay any duties in the US and Canada. However, sales taxes such as GST, PST, or HST may apply in Canada. For all other countries, import duties and taxes may apply.

WARRANTY & AFTER SALES SERVICE
Yes. All our watches (except the refurbished ones) are covered by a 2 Year International Warranty against manufacturers' defects.
Our Watch warranty covers all manufacturing defects during everyday use, as described in the following conditions. In addition, we will replace free of charge any defective components due to a manufacturing error found by our workshop.
Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
1. Theft, loss.
2. Wear and tear and normal watch aging (scratched glass, impact on the case...)
3. All types of damage to the entire watch (or part of it) resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch, crush, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided by Ferro & Company.
All types of damage indirectly related or consequential to normal wear and tear of the watch, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the Ferro & Company watch.

No! Your warranty will automatically be activated from the date you receive your watch. We want to make things as easy as possible for you.
Our 2- Year International Warranty does not cover the following issues:
-Over-winding any hand-wound or mechanical watch
-Issues arising from adjusting the date wheel between the hours of 8 pm and 2 am
-Magnetization of any watch movement
-Battery replacements (for Quartz watches)
-Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, corrosion, or colour, where the function of the product is not affected
-Water damage caused by a failure to maintain water resistance as stated on the watch
-Straps and bracelets
-Deliberate damage or neglect
You can service your watch at any local reputable watch repair shop of your choice. If you like, we can also service or repair your watch.
Within two years of receiving your watch, if you have any issues due to the manufacturer's defect, contact us via our contact page and let us know.
