Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returns apply only to watches purchased directly from www.ferrowatches.com. Please email info@ferrowatches.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending anything back.

General Return Conditions (All Orders)

• Watches must be new, unworn, unmodified, and in original condition
• Watches showing signs of wear or modification are not eligible
• If links, straps, or parts are removed or added, the return will be rejected
• Missing items (extra straps, tools, accessories) will be deducted from the refund
• Refurbished or sample watches are final sale
• All returns are subject to inspection before approval
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or PayPal if unavailable)
• Currency exchange differences are not refundable

🇺🇸 United States & 🇨🇦 Canada

• No return fees
• Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance

🌍 International Orders

• Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance
• A $50 return fee will be deducted to cover outgoing shipping, handling, and insurance
• Import taxes, VAT, and duties are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed in USD, based on the original purchase price

Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Production timelines listed on product pages are estimates and may change
