30 day RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Before returning items to us, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and get your RA (Return Authorization) Number.
All returns must be in new condition. We cannot issue refunds if watches show signs of use. We cannot accept modified watches for credit. If links or straps are added or removed from the watch, we cannot accept the watch for return. If any items are missing (extra straps, strap pin removing tools, or other accessories included with the purchase), the costs will be deducted from the total price. The return policy is only effective for watches purchased from www.ferrowatches.com
Watches pre-ordered directly from our website can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days after the order has been delivered. Please note that pre-order shipments might differ from what is stated on the product page, as production times are estimates and can be delayed.
If Canada Customs charge any import taxes or duties on returned products, they will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
All refurbished or sample watch sales are final and exempt from the return policy.
All Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and not scented. Otherwise, they will
not be eligible for returns.
Once an item has been received at our office, we can decide whether to refund or exchange the item based on a thorough inspection. Only items determined to be unused, unworn, unmodified and unaltered will be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Outbound shipping and handling and inbound / receiving costs of $50 (US and Canada) and $70 (International) will also be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
On special occasions, if Ferro & Company Watches has paid the import taxes and duties or VAT for International customers, they will also be deducted from refunds.
Funds will generally be refunded using the same form of payment in which the watch was originally purchased. However, we will provide a refund via PayPal if this is impossible. Just so you know, we are not responsible for any fluctuation in the international currency exchange rate. International customers will receive refunds equivalent to the USD (US dollar) price at the time of purchase.
This return policy is effective for all orders from January 18th, 2021, onward and is only for purchases from www.ferrowatches.com
