Here's the deal on our easy return or exchange policy:


Time Frame: You've got a generous 30 days to decide if your new buy is a keeper.

How to Return: Just email us at info@ferrowatches.com, and we'll give you a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Condition: Keep it in good shape and unworn for a smooth return experience.

No Returns for Worn Watches: Unfortunately, we can't do refunds for watches that have been worn.

Missing Pieces: If something is missing, we'll deduct a bit from the refund to cover it.

Pre-Orders: For pre-orders, the 30-day return window starts when your order reaches you. Keep in mind that pre-orders might take a bit longer to arrive.

Customers will be responsible for paying for their shipping costs for returning their items.

All outbound shipping, handling, and insurance costs of $50 (US and Canada) and $70 (International) will be deducted from the total refund amount. These are the costs we incurred to ship your watch to you.

Funds will generally be refunded using the same form of payment in which the watch was originally purchased. However, we will provide a refund via PayPal if this is impossible. Just so you know, we are not responsible for any fluctuation in the international currency exchange rate. International customers will receive refunds equivalent to the USD (US dollar) price at the time of purchase.

Once we get your return, we'll check it to ensure it's in good condition. If everything looks good, we'll start the refund process.
