Shipping:

Canada
Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post. Watch Shipping charges for Canada are $15-$25 depending on the quantity of watches and the destination. You will see the total shipping cost when checking out.
USA
Watch Shipping charges for US orders are $20-$30 depending on the quantity of watches and the destination. US orders will be shipped with Canada Post or DHL You will see the total shipping cost when checking out.
Western Europe
We accept payments for international orders via Visa, MC or Amex Cards as well as PayPal. Watch shipping charges for Western European Countries are $35-$50 depending on quantity of watches and country of destination. Western European orders will be shipped with Canada Post or DHL
Rest of the World
Shipping charge for the rest of the World are $45-$65 depending on quantity of watches and country of destination. Rest of the World orders will be shipped with Canada Post or DHL
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. Most orders for in-stock watches will ship from our facility within 2-3 business days after your order has been accepted and payment received. Delivery times will vary based upon time required for customs clearance.

Taxes and duties:
For shipments outside of Canada, the customs office (or other authorities) in the sending and/or destination country may separately apply import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges to your order. Customers are solely responsible for payment of these duties, fees, taxes and charges.
If we can be of any assistance regarding your international order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to answer your questions regarding international orders. Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee will apply which includes both way shipping and handling fees. Before returning items to us, please e-mail info@ferrowatches.com to notify us and get your RA (Return Authorization) Number. All returns must be in new condition. We cannot issue refunds if watches show signs of use. We cannot accept modified watches for credit. If links or straps are added or removed from the watch we cannot accept the watch for return. If there are any items missing (extra straps, strap pin removing tools, or any other accessories included with the purchase), the costs will deduct from the total price. If the exact model is not available for replacement, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. Please include a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. The warranty is not transferable and is only valid to the original purchaser.

PRICING POLICY
All prices are in US$.
You will be able to see the prices in your home country currency, via the Currency drop down menu at the top right of this page. But when in the check out / payment page, your orders will be processed in US$ and you will see the equivalent exchange rate to your home currency in your statement. Please note that your home currency exchange rate fluctuates so the prices in foreign currency might be slightly different from time to time.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
PREF, persistent for a very short period, Set by Google and tracks who visits the store and from where
