SHIPPING 

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ALL WATCH ORDERS OF $300+

All watches in stock will be shipped within two business days. Delivery time varies depending on the destination, from 3-15 business days.

Pre-order watch shipping dates on our website are approximate and might change depending on production times. 

Taxes and duties:

Some countries charge an import duty for purchasing an item from overseas; we wish we had the power to eliminate that tax or charge, but unfortunately, we don't. So that's why we offer free shipping to international customers, to offset the cost of duties they may be charged.

US customers do not pay import taxes for items up to $800. 

Canadian customers do not pay import duties as we ship from Vancouver, BC. So we have already paid the import duties for the watches upon import.

WARRANTY

2 YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY

Ferro & Company Watches warrants this watch to be free of material and workmanship defects for two years from the original purchase date.
This Warranty does not cover the following:
1. Damage, accidental or otherwise, not caused by material or workmanship defect.
2. Damage caused by consumer misuse, tampering, or failure to follow the instructions in the Instruction Manual.
3. Damage to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap or other appearance parts caused by wear.
4. Moisture damage to a watch not marked "water-resistant" on the back of the dial.
5. Damage caused by failure to test and reseal the watch after battery change. If the watch has a defect described above within the warranty period. 

All components (excluding the battery, leather strap and buckle) will be repaired, or the watch will be replaced free of charge. If the exact model is not available for replacement, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. 
Please include a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.
The warranty is not transferable and is only valid to the original purchaser.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund (less shipping).  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Before returning items to us, please e-mail info@ferrowatches.com to notify us and get your RA (Return Authorization) Number. All returns must be in new condition. We cannot issue refunds if watches show signs of use. We cannot accept modified watches for credit. If links or straps are added or removed from the watch, we cannot accept the watch for return. If any items are missing (extra straps, strap pin removing tools, or other accessories included with the purchase), the costs will be deducted from the total price. The return policy is only effective for watches purchased from www.ferrowatches.com 

Any import taxes or duties charged by Canada Customs on returned products will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Once an item has been received at our office, we can decide whether to refund or exchange the item based on a thorough inspection. Only items determined to be unused, unworn, unmodified and unaltered will be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Customers will be responsible for paying for their shipping costs for returning their items.

Outbound shipping and handling and inbound / receiving costs of $50 (US and Canada) and $70 (International) will also be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Funds will generally be refunded using the same form of payment in which the watch was originally purchased. However, we will provide a refund via PayPal if this is impossible. Just so you know, we are not responsible for any fluctuation in the international currency exchange rate. International customers will receive refunds equivalent to the USD (US dollar) price at the time of purchase.

Watches pre-ordered directly from our website might be delivered later than the stated date on the product page, as production/delivery times are only estimates.  

PRICING POLICY


All prices are in US$. 
Please note that your bank / financial institution will calculate your home currency's exchange rate equivalent to your purchase value in US$. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Customers have 14 days from the order date to contact us for any price adjustments, should the watch purchased (from www.ferrowatches.com) be available at a lower than the actual purchased price after the purchase date. We will not accept price adjustments after 14 days from the order date.
